1. What kind of coaching do you offer?I offer spiritual, life, career, and leadership coaching — often with overlap. At the heart of it, I help people reconnect with their truest self, ask deeper questions, and find clarity in who they are and how they want to show up in the world.

2. Do I need to be religious or spiritual to work with you?Not at all. People of all backgrounds are welcome — whether you hold a specific faith, are deconstructing or questioning, identify as spiritual but not religious, or don't align with any belief system. The only thing required is openness. This is a respectful space for inquiry, not dogma.

3. Is this therapy?No. Coaching is future-focused, growth-oriented work. While it can be deeply healing and reflective, it’s not a replacement for clinical therapy. I do, however, support clients who are also working with therapists — our work can complement one another beautifully.

4. What can I expect in a session?Sessions are grounded, conversational, and personalized. We’ll begin with where you are — your story, questions, or goals — and build from there. I draw from spiritual formation, practical tools, deep listening, and decades of leadership and coaching experience to guide our work.

5. What kinds of outcomes do people experience?Greater clarity. Peace in uncertainty. Confidence to take aligned next steps. A sense of wholeness. A deepened inner compass. More grounded decision-making. Relief from pressure to “fix” or perform. And often, a rediscovery of meaning or spiritual resonance in everyday life.

6. What are your credentials?I’m a certified professional life coach with executive level experience in transformational leadership, in global finance and Big 4 consulting. I also hold a seminary degree, have certifications in spiritual formation, career and life counseling, and adult education.

7. Do you work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and people of all faiths and backgrounds?Absolutely. I welcome all identities, abilities, and perspectives. This is a space for deep humanity, not division.

8. How do I know if this is right for me?If you’re asking deeper questions about meaning, direction, or who you want to become — this work may be for you. Let’s have a conversation and see. There’s no pressure or obligation — just an open door.
